Sir,
I have insured my mobile (Apple iPhone 5s) under fire/theft/damage protection from a well-known company "APPS YOU NEED"! On the 4th of December, I unfortunately got my phone damaged and registered for a claim from the insurance company on the 5th of December. After several checks and procedures, the company's official men came and took my phone away, handing over a receipt to me.Since then, I haven't got a single update about the whereabouts of my phone and the progress of the claim. Kindly overlook the entire situation.
