Dear sir/mam

 

           I have purchased a HTC desire 816g model on 10 october2014 with one yr national insurance. My phone is broken on 15 April'15 and I am intimate the claim on 20 April'15/with required documents to mobilestore.claims@edelweissfin.com then again on 28 April'15

with required documents to TMS1402JPR@OPS.TheMobileStore.in and again on 5 may'15 with required documents

and after telephonic conversation i receive claim form

And after that I POSTED all required original documents on 8/10/2015 now the day they said I was late to intimate the claim,and just delaying.
