My father sh Maan singh had taken a SBI LIFE insurance policy no 35037908005 dtd 06-06-2013 after paying first premium requested in SBI life insurance office hanumangarh to close this policy. my father has passed away on 27-04-2016 now insurance office hanumangarh officers are telling that this first premium amount is not able to surrender.I was requested for the main premium amount not for the claim amount.Please do the needful help.
