Dear Concern,

we have enrolled in bharat health care health policy .but we didn't received any document regarding policy and we are trying many time his customer care 9654198050 .we already paid 9990 rs for one year.. this company is fraud..please help me..

    I bought a IFB fully automatic machine from M/s Electronic Plaza, Kalkaji. Despite promising to install the machine and demonstrate the working the company did not comply with the assurance for nearly a week. Only after 40-50 phone calls to the customer care of IFB and the dealer the machine was installed. The IFB staff dared me to sue them or lodge any complaint against them. This is the plight of a customer who brought the reputed machine for Rs 35,000!
