I bought intex aqua ace 4g mobile. And i was asked to register a claim insurance of apps daily. Recently my phone was stolen by someone while i was at market so i claimed theft claim in apps daily. I registered theft stolen atn_231216_197839135 on dated 23.12.16. But not respond many times mail or call customer care. But every time response waiting from now when i have claimed but they didnt give any intimation about the claim process it has been worst insurance company. Do not buy this insurance by mistakely also. They extended the time by saying that the documents are having short falls and they extend 1 - 2 weeks it is just a fraud and we not have any conformation that we will get the piece.
I calls today customer care but same message forward wait after 10-15 days extend your approval. This is only fraud company as not anything. Early is not closed or banned in this company harmfull effects for customers.
