Refund not done, applied for a HDFC Life insurance online

Hi All,

This is to inform you that I had applied for a insurance online with

Proposal No.1200040242610 HDFC Life!22067.and I had paid Rs-7500 using my credit card,

Money has been deducted from my account instantly.Later I had change my mind and

want to cancel this proposal and want my money back. but it is more than 7 days

I have not received my money. Tell me should I do. i have mail so many times but

not getting any information.
