No claim money even after 160 days

I have filed a claim at syska gadget secure due to theft of my phone samsung note 5. All Documents and formalaties are done. My claim was approved for Rs. 31899, by syska on 16 may 2016 as per there website. My CIN - 1604125305.
Have mailed and called many times and reply is please be patient your job card is in process. They have a condition of paying claim in 90-120 days so why should i wait even after 160 days ?
