Refused to replace cracked drawer in Bed Side Table

I have purchased a bedside table Rs 8501 on 27th Dec 2019 from RoyalOak Banglore Marathahalli branch. On 30th Dec 2019 their technician came for installation and I have showed a crack in the drawer of the table aslo two green marks.He has also confirmed those green marks will not go and also the crack and he has asked me to inform to showroom. I have informed the showroom manager and told as it is crack I want replacement. He has denied saying these cracks are minor, I was told there will not be crack and it will be replaced if any crack found. I want a replacement of the drawer as the green colur marks are not going and also the crack is more than one inch in the drawer. It's almost a week and I have already shared images to their customer care email "customercare@royaloakindia.com" but they did not answer, they did not attend my complaint as well.Please help me getting the replacement of the drawer as soon as possible.
