Defective Queen Size bed with multiple crack received - RoyalOak Furniture Bangalore

I have ordered a Queen-Size(Design Perl) bed from RoyalOak Banaswadi branch on 17th Oct 2018. The bed was delivered on 21st Oct 2018 and installed on 23rd Oct 2018.
While installing we have showed all the damages and cracks to their technician "Natraj" he said this is normal and asked us to call customer care. I have called customer care and registered a complaint number 7864 for replacement which they have closed forcefully. After sharing the photos of crack they did not agree and requested a technician visit. This time I have verified by two carpenters and they have confirmed all the cracks and damages. Then informed to their customer care the their technician Mr "Chik Reddy" visited on 3rd Nov 2018 and confirmed the damages and agreed for replacement.
Today I have received another headboard with multiple cracks on the leg part, showed those to their delivery guy he also left saying call customer care. Called customer care and spoke with Maria two times and in 2nd time call she put me on hold then disconnected.

I have been assured by Mr Raphel who is Customer Relationship Manager that he will take care of this issue but unfortunately again I received a damaged cracked headboard and still there is no proper response. Since 4th Nov 2018 he is not in contact and unreachable in phone calls and not responding to any of the emails.

It has been a very bad experience with such a big furniture brand. I am a patient with sever back problem which I have informed them and asked to get it replaced at the earliest but there is no commitment and they keep sending defective and crack headboards only.

Please take the necessary action on this and provide me a proper headboard without any cracks and damages !!!
