Defective and very poor quality product - need to be repaired immediately or need refund of money

Dolphin Solitaire Fabric 3+2 Seater Sofa Set- Brown & Grey
A very very worst product. I didn't expect snapdeal to sell such low quality products. I just wonder how snapdeal is having such fraud vendor's associated with them. Such a fraudulence and cheating act will not be tolerated or accepted at all.
I want the sofa set to be repaired/ fixed immediately or I want my refund of my money or compensation for that and it is still under warranty period since I have raised the complaint on 2/7/2017.
The team is covering the defective and very bad quality product which they sold to the customer and giving the predetermined term “damaged” and claiming that it doesn’t come under warranty. The same song singing from the very first day.
I am really surprised by the behavior, the rudeness, the unprofessionalism of the customer care executives.
The product was received on 2/1/2017 and installed on 15/1/2017.
snapdeal and vendor took 13 days more to install the product. Without installing the legs of the product one can't use the sofa sets at all.
The product was ready to be used on 15/1/2017. Hence forth, from 15/01/2017 till 02/07/2017 (complain raised), the total days are 169 and well within the warranty of 6 months or 180 days.
Please note, it is still under warranty period when I have raised the complaint on 2/7/2017
As promised on call to give me a guaranteed resolution on my issue by the Escalation team on 6th, 7th and 8th of July 2017 during follow-up, I please urge you to take the issue seriously and action on my concern and provide me with a definite resolution as early as possible.
So I request you to please take immediate action and give me a guaranteed resolution as assured.
What a drama has been staged BY SNAPDEAL AND VENDOR to cover up the truth and fool the customer in the name of term “damaged”.
Got a mail from help@snapdeal.com and they are singing the same old song that the product is damaged and it doesn’t comes under warranty which they are determined from the very first day.
It seems like the resolution to be given is preplanned, predetermined and was decided earlier what need to be told to the customer. Just a drama was planned in the name of inspection to cheat and fool the customer.
What surprising and shocking is, even the technician (Named Irfan) who came for inspection, inspected the product and reiterated us regarding the defective problem of the product and poor quality of the product. He himself told that the product is defective and is of very low quality and is not worth at all. The wordings has been manipulated by snapdeal. The response coming from snapdeal team is “damaged”. How easily snapdeal are fooling and cheating the customer in the name of “Damaged” product and telling “Damaged” doesn’t come under warranty.
Everything seems to be fishy over here.
From the very first day I have mentioned it due to manufacturing defect the inside wood of the right arm of the 2 seater sofa has bended downside. No external damage has been has been done from our side. The snapdeal team has come up with a resolution terming as "Damaged" what they are continuing to do from the very first day to avoid their fault and fool the customer.
I am really surprised to see that after sharing the genuine concern ofDEFECTIVE PRODUCT for so many days with all the teams, the help@snapdeal.com is determined to resolve the issue with the term "Damaged" and close the case which is clear cut of cheating and fraudulence act . Other than resolving the issue and hearing the genuine grievances of the customer, they have been giving me illogical and baseless overview of terms, conditions and policies and definitely they are trying to cover the low quality product that are being sold on snapdeal.
I can say with guarantee that they haven't used wood inside, they used only formica sheets. Every time we sit in the sofa, they makes cracking sounds. While ordering the sofa online, it was clearly mentioned that they are using fine/teak woods. I am 100% sure that the sofa sets will not survive for few more months, which is totally unacceptable and is a clear cut of fraud and cheating case.
Even I mentioned 100 times and shared all the experiences and the situation of the product with the team and grievances team, everything looks to be in vain. Nothing has been heard of the customer and cheating & fooling the customer is the moto after all.
The team again coming up with the word “damaged” rather than the actual truth of defective product.
