Sofa cum bed neither delivered nor refunded

I ordered sofa cum bed from Amber Home Decor situated on Sarjapur main road on 15th April. On the date of order they promised to deliver by 30th April and took 16000 as advance whereas the total price was 36000. Now it's over the due date but they have not delivered the product. On asking for refund they just say that it will get delivered by the next day but they are saying this for last 3 days. Please help us with the refund.
