Replacement Issue, and store owner is neglecting my issue

I have purchased mattress from AM Furniture, Begur koppa road. and Mr. Fairoz the owner assure about the 1year warranty and replacement if something happened. But now from last two month I am continuously chasing for replacement because mattress material has pressed which is very uncomfortable now to use.
I was complaint to the owner and doing daily call followup but he is going round and round. Now he is asking me to talk to company owner for replacement. I am really got surprised about the word and attitude now and then. I really want help for my replacement and a learning lesson to the shop.
Mattress actual price ask was -10000 and exchange with one of my new queen size mattress its 8500.
