damage furniture from royal oak and now not replying

Its been more then 4months and more than 40 plus complaints mails ,I don't see anything from Royaloak ,other than this "will revert back". Royaloak furniture manufacturer is worst and never replies . after multiple complaint and phone call ,whatsapp messages he finally confirmed he will replace after the inspection but after that also 1 month now. he never picks up when I call.
