I rented a chair and obviously after sitting for atleast 5 minutes only you can understand the quality. I didnt like the product so within 5 minutes i tried raising request through app but couldnt got successful, hence, within an hour i dropped an email to Furlenco to return the product. The team has been arguing with me that no refund will be issued and trust me i have not used the product for even more than 5 minutes. They took the products days ago but my refund has still not been given.
