We ordered a King-Size bed from RoyalOak Banaswadi branch on 17th Dec. The bed was delivered on 21st n installed on 23rd Dec. Later, we realised that the bed was an old defective piece. So sent multiple emails, called numerous times n visited the store twice on this.

We were assured by the CSR n branch staff that it will be taken care of...and twice their Technical team visited our house. First, to drill 10-15 screws to the plywood and Secondly, to see if the creaking sound has reduced. Its still the same with old panels n headboard. They mentioned that this wud be informed to backhand team, and replacement wud be sent. Last mail sent to RoyalOak, after speaking to their CSR was on 8th Jan....and still there is no proper response. It has been a very bad experience with such a big furniture brand.

Please take the necessary action on this!!!
