Supply of faulty product and No response for service/support related issues

Hello. I am unable to get a response from Tact Appliances who have supplied chimney for my kitchen. While the product has not been serving its purpose because of improper suction for last 2 + weeks it has given electric shocks multiple times. I have written many times to company asking to give attention as a faulty product can endanger human life, yet they have failed to respond. Emails have been sent to : Info@tactappliances.com; support@tactappliances.com, calls made to (0120 423 0045) have gone unanswered. Please advice if a consumer complaint or criminal complaint should be lodged against their management.Thanks Harish (9350174251)
