taken money on saying its refundable

Sir,I have read the ad in newspaper Dainik Jagran,Lucknow that,"ern 10000 to 20000thosand by doing SMS work at home. Company will provide mobile,sim,data to message."
I called there. They said I will have to join the company by depositing 950rs. I deposited. They send me joing letter of the company in which it was written to deposit 3050 rs.as refundable. It was asked for the mobile,sim&data.
I deposited. They again asked 2000rs. as convenience charge. I deposited.
But they did not send me my parcel. I called them at least 100 times. Suddenly one day they picked up my phone, they said will have to take my money back as they don't have any delivery boy for my residual area.
But for getting my money back I will have to deposit 1000rs. Otherwise my will not given back to me. As it is their company norm.
I again deposited but haven't get my money up to now while they said u will get your money within 24 hours. But today it two months passed.
