Complaint against snapdeal didnt giving refund request of replacement

I bought a crocs slippers from snapdeal, after about 4 days i put a request of replacement, the reuest was accepted and it generated a ticket no.33196483, but after about 2 min. the request was cancelled by snapdeal. they are saying i cancelled the req. i didnt do that. they are neither replacing the product neither refunding the money. i want size 7 and its size 9. your system errors and we customers are paying for it.
