I was in Nainital visit on 10 June 2016. Two men name (Mr.AKil) met to me & introduced themselves as CLUB JIVA representatives. He offer me a scratch card and ensure me to get one of the four prizes if I will attend a presentation from CLUB JIVA on completing its 5 years & then I reached at Hote Manar (Swiss hotel compound) to attend small seminar . Vinita and Vishal,gave introduction about CLUB JIVA and offer me different memberships which were costly so I refused but finally they offer me an 3 year membership which was very attractive as per them . I was still in suspense so they promised me that you can cancel your membership within 6 monthsand get money refunded if you want and we are giving you a complementary coupon to check our services. So I was influenced to pay amount 36000/- thru HDFC credit card. But when I came back and search Google I found they are FAKE, lot of things they tell us are false.
CLUB JIVA did not dispatched me a Member card with in 21 days as they promised . so I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my money. Now , they refused to refund money . Kindly help me so that I can get money back. .There is no reason to join CLUB JIVA .Club Jiva is a fraud company.
