Fraudulently tried charging more money, HTC authorized service centre issue

I have a HTC phone which was not working properly and had some power button issues. I went to HTC authorized service centre who asked me to get the mother board changed as the power component was damaged. I asked if the phone has never been opened in 2years how can it get damaged. There was no reasonable answer. They asked me to pay 18-19k to fx the phone. I didnt pay and came back home. Then i googled and tried a resolution given online. It worked, my phone is now working absolutely fine with no problem at all. I want to file a case against HTC for fraudulently asking me to pay 19k when they could have fixed it the way I did it myself.
