Jai Shri Ganesh Teleshopping and they offered me one samsung mobile for 3600.00. They confirmed that it is an promotional offer. Later after 2 weeks i got a call from them mentioning to collect the parcel from post office. When i collected the same it was not mobile phone but it was a laxmi yantra. I called them back and now they are telling it has been misplaced.Also they are not responding the call from number. Please help on the same.
I paid Rs.3700 plz help
