This is regarding the order placed and payment already made. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response from the site, and no tracking details have not been shared. Additionally, blocking a customer after receiving payment is completely unacceptable. I have all the necessary screenshots and proof of transaction and communication.I expect a prompt resolution
