Fraud on OLX... Phishing and stealing amount on ARMY Name

I got one request to buy my fridge From mobile number 9864671624 Mr. Randeep Singh. He asked me for my contact number and I gave. He called me immediately and said that he is calling from Army Mr. Randeep Singh from Jammu Kashmir and his wife is staying in JP Nagar. He wants to Buy fridge for them and made a deal for Rs. 4500/- and also said that he will immediately transfer payment and confirm the deal. I agreed and said send me token money and you can collect fridge on next Sunday. To which he agreed. After 10 mins I got a call stating that personnel was an Accountant and from Colaba Army and he has got mail from Mr Randeep to make payment from him through Army card. He said his name was Naveen Singh Tomar Mobile number 7396688028. He said me he will transfer 50 rs first from phone pay to confirm the account for which he sent one link. I confirm on that link and payment was debited to my account. Immediate through another account he paid me 100rs. From mr. Uttam Kumar Jaiswal and said that this is how Army card works.
Accourdingly he asked me to pay Rs. 4500 and I made the payment. He said that payment of stuck and I have to pay 9000 for which he had send me the link. Since Phone pay didn’t work he ask me to pay through GPay. Unknowingly I paid Rs. 9000 also. I thought it was fraud and hence I asked him money back to which he saidi have to pay 13450/ and he will refund all amount to me... he made fraud on the name of Indian Army.. and i made payment just to get my money back... This person should be found by police ... its a national call now
