Mis behaviour and rowdysam with Passanger

We booked sleeper class for Tirupati package on 11th Feb'23, there is no any tickets no's instead of ticket they given kind of voucher, while coming back from Tirupati to Bengaluru near by Hoskote they stopped the bus at 12:15am and asked for change the bus from sleeper class to normal sitting, myself and others passengers asked for the reason of changing to supporting staff they are very rudely bhevaour with Passanger and used bad language with Passanger and warning like gindas.. passengers are very scared for them behaviour and there is no safety for passengers.

Request you to kindly consider this complaint and they should punish for this.
