We have done a online UPI transaction of Rs 2400 to Triveni bakeries Keshwapur Hubli - 8050392521 on 15/08/2022. The transaction was done for purchase of a cake. Amount of Rs 2400 is debited to my savings account maintained with SBI Lakshmeshwar branch but the merchant is saying he has not received the money. When we asked for the same , he told to give some time later it will b credited back. Even till the money is not credited , even after several follow-up with bakery, third party vendor (pinelabs machines). The customer service executive behaves harshly with us
