Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sachenra Sharma. I had booked two rooms at Hotel Point View, Matheran through Agoda.com for 29 August 2026. However, on the same day, 29.08.2026, my booking was cancelled by your side, and I received the cancellation confirmation via email.

Despite the cancellation being initiated by your end, the amount paid by me has not yet been refunded. I have been continuously following up with your customer support team regarding this matter, but I have neither received the refund nor any satisfactory update on the status of my claim.

I request you to kindly look into this issue on priority and process the refund immediately. It has already been a considerable amount of time since the cancellation, and the delay is causing inconvenience.

Please confirm:

The status of my refund.
The refund reference number, if already processed.
The expected date of credit to my account.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.
