I had ordered couple of items(with some offer) from FirstCry.com on 1-May-2018 but not received my order even after 20 days. When followed up with the customer care they said, my order hass lost and they have refunded the amount to my wallet by deducting the delivery charge.
I need to raise a complaint with below concerns.
1. Why did they cancel the order without my consent, just because of their irresponsibility?
2. I requested them to reorder the same items. They replied, they cannot do that. When I try to reorder now, the price is more than the previous order.
3. Why did they deduct delivery charge even though the order is not delivered?
