This is to inform you that I had taken OLA Cab in bangalore from Sahakar nagar to chamrajpet on 25 - jun- 2017. Please find the details of the ride below. CRN818907405
After getting down from the cab I noticed that I left my IPHONE 5 in the cab itself. Immediately, I called the driver. But, his mobile was switched off. I called my mobile, it rang twice and was switched off. I called the customer care immediately, they asked me to lodge a police complaint at the nearby police station and send the fir details to ola support and they will look into it. I filed FIR and sent the FIR copy but still no action has been taken from OLA in tracing the driver nor my iphone 5.
even after 10 days of the incident, the mobile no. of the cab driver is switched off and all calls/emails to the customer care in vain.
I never expected such a poor response from such a trust able company like OLA.
The reason why we book the cab is even if we leave the belongings in the cab, it is easy to trace with a view that we can get back our lost items.
This is such a pathetic situation where even after knowing the culprit, OLA is not helping the customer in getting back the IPHONE.
Hence, I request you to look into the matter and take stringent action against the driver so that future incidence of this type can be avoided and help me in getting back my IPHONE.
