Complaint against Kundan Mhatre & Hitesh Chheda of Creative Infra for not completing Kuber samru

Kuber samruddhi B wing project at Kumbharkhanpada Dombivli West is still not completed. Possession date was 2015 may as per the agreement. But both Kundan Mhatre and Hitesh Chheda had some a big fraud and still have not completed the project. They have taken development charges from us committing that it will be completed and we were forced to take the possession.
1. No sufficient Water lines
2. No Wall compound for this project
3. No Fire safety system
4. Not installed a second lift
5. No Road access
6. No CCTV camera and recording system as per agreement
7. Rain water harvesting system not working
8. Solar heater system damaged
9. No proper Drainage system executed
10. No Paver block at ground
11. No Completion certificate and Occupancy certificate obtained for this project yet.

Also when asked about the project completion, Mr. Hitesh Chheda gives bad words.
