Subject: Urgent Correction Required for Order ID OD429614767516380100

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with my recent order (Order ID: OD429614767516380100) from Flipkart. Unfortunately, I have been facing significant challenges in obtaining a corrected bill and resolution for a complaint I raised over a month ago.

Despite my repeated attempts, I have not received a corrected bill or a satisfactory resolution for the reported issues. To provide a clearer understanding, I have outlined the specific problems below:

1. For both Samsung 22-inch monitors, the Product ID on the invoice is LS22C310EAWXXL, whereas the actual Product ID on the product is LF22T354FHWXXL.
2. One of the monitors received is not functioning properly. The IMEI on the bill is CY32H4ZT100491, but on the product, it is CY32H4ZT100491T, with the letter 'T' missing.
3. The second monitor, which is operational, has IMEI CY32H4ZT100690, but on the product, it is CY32H4ZT100491T, with the letter 'T' missing.
I have contacted the Samsung service center to address these issues. They have requested a correct bill with accurate Product IDs and IMEI numbers. Despite my request for a job sheet, they have declined and provided only an acknowledgement letter. Unfortunately, it has been over a month, and I am still awaiting a resolution.

I kindly request you to prioritise this matter and provide a prompt solution. Alternatively, if you could share the contact details of the relevant personnel in the grievance department, I would greatly appreciate it.
