Harassing Financially and Mentally while delivering wooden cot

I have ordered a cot of sesame wood from Kainath Furniture on 10th of October. They promised to deliver within 35days from the order received.They have already taken RS5000/- advanced. Now they are not ready to delivery the cot nor ready to return advance. I already bought another cot. My wife is expecting her first baby, so i need the cot in emergency.
