Videocon D2H due to their worst customer service I have changed my mind not to use Videocon D2H

I have recharged my Videocon D2H for Rs.1380/- and asked them to Install the Dish and HD Set top box, due to their worst customer service I have changed my mind not to use Videocon D2H and asked them to provide my recharged amount. So far I have sent more than 10 emails, every email they are telling some stories and diverting from the subject and not ready to refund my amount. I never came across with any of the Service providers like Videocon D2H worst in my life time. I have provided my email conversation details below.
