India criket matches are not broadcast on DD National and DD Sports channel by D2H provider.

Now a days india criket matches are not broadcast on DD National and DD Sports channel by D2H provider.

But during match time they have screen saying to activate sports channel by giving misscall and showing charges for 1 day charge as 1.74+taxes and no wherer mentioned about lock in period.

So, I have contacted the given number , but afterwards I came to know that they have 3 months locking period without mentioning anywhere.

I dont want to view the channel after the matches are over. I feel lock in period for any channel subscription is against customer rights. So, please take actions against this complaint.

Monthly subscription charge is nearly 50 Rs for 3 months, which will be Rs. 150.

Also take action against them for not showing DD Sports channel by D2H provider during matches as my subscription includes that channel also.
