Hi,

Where is my money? I cancelled your service and still I didn't get my refund back. My Videocon service was not working once the set o box I replaced on September 1st, 2017. Finally after multiple follow ups and requests, no one bothered to come and fix the issue. I lost my patience and had to cancel your service on September 14th, 2017. Now its been more than a month and I sill haven't got the refund. Again for getting the refund, I had speak to multiple Associates, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Team Managers. But again no luck. No one from the back end team is bothered to call or refund me the amount.

Ingesh (Team Manager) said someone would call but no one called till now. When I cancelled the service I had a balance of around 1300 and now when I check my account its 0. Why is that? Where did my money go? I recharged for 1575 and I need the refund from September 1st, 2017.

Can someone look into this and sent me my money. I would also need a compensation for the amount of money I spent to call your customer care, plus mental torture that you guys gave me.

    I have videocon connection and wanted to take it to other city. I have raised a complaint on 13th and they said it will be taken care in a day. With no response, i raised a complaint on tuesday again on this and they stated that it will be resolved by wednesday. Again, No response and i called them on thursday and they are again escalating on the engineer. With my packers shifting my stuff today, these people have not responded and they provided a nodal office no. who never picked up the phone.

    I spoke to Sunil kumar, supervisor and gurupreet another representative and they provided a nodal officer contact TM RAO who never picked up the phone

    None of the ns. are responsive and now they wont refund my initial deposit as i wanted to cancel due to their stupid delay
