Consumer complain TATASKY Company's denial to change the pack

My Customer ID: 1017471101. I'm a TATASKY customer for last 8 years. Last three years I've been using annual pack of 'SOUTH SPECIAL'. Recently in November, 2016, I've renewed the same pack for one year. Now I've requested the company to change my pack. I'm not asking refund. I'm requesting to change my pack with the channel/services which we like/ prefer. Company refused to accept my request for change of current annual pack. The entire conversation with company was held with customer care over phone. Please help.
