recently chennai had faced a cyclone on 12th of december due to which my videocon d2h dish(customer id 36761222) has been damaged and not getting television channels since then.I had complained on 13th but complaint not registered they registered complaint only on 16th saying since its in chennai their service person will come in 4 to 5 days and today is 11th day they have not given any service yet. just because they have my one year recharge money they not giving service yet thinking i have to hang behind them.i further requested i dont want your service and refund my recharge amount they saying they cant refund..i call customer care (07355873558) they make me wait so long yet no response.(customercare@d2h.com)
