Complaint regrading Airtel DTH poor service

The customer no of airtel DTH is 3017855490 and 3017865822 has a complaint. We are not getting KTV and Vijay TV in first customer no, and the second no is completely not working for fast few days. Complaint sent to nodal officer TN but seems they do not care for consumer. waiting for solution.

    Hi Airtel users,
    This is were so called open network that is airtel stands. I have recharged my airtel DTH Rs.300 on 11/10/16. Amount got debited from my bank. Got transaction i'd from Airtel. But amount is not reflecting in my airtel account. I called airtel for n number of times. I had to explain mysituation to every single person. Call was transferred to many managers no one didn't even know why the call was transferred and asking again from me. 3rd party outsourced company is not saving the details of the Customer. They took request no one called me. They simply closed my case with out my knowledge. I have been transferred here and there without no resolution. Outsourced company agents working for airtel doesn't respect the customers. I have no clue how to get my money back.
    Everytime when I call I was put hold for long time no response. People are playing with avaya phone. Worst airtel service ever seen in my life
