D2H RF remote related issue with Videocon D2H

One month ago I purchased the remote from D2H by paying 250 rs. Just after a month that remote is not working. The representative came to my home to check the remote and found the there is no any physical damage. There is some issue internally or may be chip level. Now again they are charging amount for replacing the remote & they are also not sure how long the new remote will sustain. D2H is cheating to their customers.For their faulty products customer has to pay every time. I have raised a complaint with the number 571838956 but they closed this complaint without resolution. Please look in to this matter.
