i paid Rs.200 online on May 31 to recharge my account 104860402. then to my utter shock the STB did not work in spite of maintaining it in proper recommendations. I had to make repeated daily request for service visit and I was made to wait for 10 days. june 8 at 7pm their company person came. (Franklin Kaliswaran) came and changed STB and still it did not work. But he left after taking cash of Rs.200 from me asking me to wait for One hour and switch on the STB later. but still i am unable to view any channels. having spent Rs.400 I am still unable to view the TV channels due to such horrible pathetic customer
support. i even spoke to and wrote to nodal officer in chennai S.Rajasekar and he did not care to take any action to addresse my complaint.
