1st mail sent 10/05/18

Today(10/05/18) only I book for HD DIGITAL SET TOP BOX With 1 months N. South Platinum HD Offer benefits: Free 1-month subscription

But I need to cancel my order(10/5/18) since I prefer some other services

Kindly cancel and make the refund

Note: I not yet received setup box and installation

2nd,3rd mail sent 26/05/18 and 03/06/18

I already raised many complaints regarding for most 30times in voice calls continuously for past 3 weeks

As per the conversation at last made with the Senior manager, in voice calls, he replied amount got reversed on 26th may 11.34AM

But My amount not reflected in the account

But I asked Transaction ID for amount reversed but no reply from customer

I am very much fed up with this process, I made a call in daily basis there are no responses and for my previous two mail's no reply till today

i need a comprehension amount from Videocon DTH since on every call telling lies and make me fed up
