STB and Double charge, Customer service is so pathetic

I a writing to you after the utmost disgust that I have experienced with videocon d2h customer service rep as well as the first supervisors.
Customer service is so pathetic that I sometimes was placed on hold for 10 mins with out informing further..booked two complaints 1) excess debit of Rs. 200
2) refund of money lost approx Rs. 50 for not having put services on Hold.
To brief you: the service engineer on 15june 18 came after My STB wouldn't Boot/load and said Stb needs replacement for it is not compatible to software upgrade.. Charges were Rs.200.but He didn't have the STB handy with him and said he would return the next day but didn't turn up at all. I called and booked a complaint again after 20 days or so as I was travelling. This time the supervisor booked the complaint on my behalf and got another service engineer to simply delivery me the Stb.. I paid 200 as had spoken to the supervisor.. Had to call CC again to align and configure the new STB ad the delivery service engineer did not even configure the STB. i got a credit of 200(as a process to have the trail on my account) but instead of a reversal of 200 they debited Rs. 400 thereby posting a minus 200 on my account ..i lodged a compliant again but so far its been more than 2 weeks and I am being volleyed like a ball.A lady rep even banged the phone while I was still talking.and another said would mail on the complaint.. One more supervisor assured a call back from sole specific dept but so far Nil. After more than a month of mental agony coz of the pathetic customer service.I mail the nodal officer but again no reply.
