I purchased Tata sky fth from this site. I also paid them rs. 899 via upi but nobody visited for installation. So i make a call for cancel my connection and requested for refund. But nobody from there end has even showed courtesy to call me.
For cancellation i am trying to 200+ calls on there number which two option (1) for new connection & (2) for complaint. When you press 2 no-body will respond but whenever you will press (1). They will immediately pick your call, but they immediately cut your call if you try to explain them your problem by pressing (1).
Plz raise compliant against this Fraud company they are doing fraud with customers immediately block there websites and refund the customer money.
