As per TRAI guidelines, We are unable to select the channels of choice

Hi ,


We have been trying more than a month now , but As per TRAI guidelines, We are unable to select the channels of choice from videocon d2h site and whenever we call customer care, it always show busy.

Once i was unable to connect , i got confirmation of my selected channels but then very next day, all the selected channel got refreshed and just showing only 4 channels are active.
