Receiving Promotional call, i call video-con customer care

On Jan 2019 i call video-con customer care and i told them that i don't want any promotional call from video-con and they replied that you wont receive any call from video-con after 24 hrs. Even after that i am receiving call from video-con. on 3rd march 2019 again i call them and ask after registering complaints why i am receiving call from video-con, then they replied you request is under processed and it is not closed yet because of which you are receiving call from video-con.While registering complaints they told me that your wont receive any call after 24 hrs but even after 1 and 2 month i still receiving call from video-con.Please help me.
