Dear team,

this is with reference to customer ID 119284353 with videocon D2H service operator.

Since last one month I facing major issue regrading my package and tariff. 100 of time I called customer care , multiple emails has been sent but response and no resolution. I have created my own pack and activated. However serivce provided automatically adding its own pack like kids active which is unnecessarily increasing my pack value. Multiple times I chnaged it using my login to their website. But still they do the same things. Also I requested and added FTA channels like ABP MAAZA but they remove it from pack always. Now I am frutrated with this services but unfortunately invetsted money in this. Request you to please help me in this as no one from thier responding.
