Online consumer complain aginst Videocon d2h customer for Wrongly Activated Channels

Respected Sir,

This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 148893120. Today evening (20th June, 2016), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to downgrade my base pack to Flexi Pack 99/- per month.

She informed me that along with the Flexi Pack, an add-on pack has to be compulsorily activated. I asked her to activate the "Hindi Entertainment Add-on for 62/- per month". She informed me that she has taken the request and has activated the base pack along with the add-on pack.

Upon switching on the TV set, I could not find channels - Star Plus, Sony, Colors etc activated. What the executive did was, instead of activating the Hindi Entertainment Pack, she activated Hindi Movies + Hindi News.

I again called up the customer care and asked the executive (a female again) to deactivate the "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" add-on pack. She, on the other hand, informed that she can't deactivate the packs since there's a lock-in period of 30 days.

At this stage, I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and lodged a complaint (No - 402371142) in this regard. However, the supervisor informed me that any action on this complaint can only be taken in the next 8 working days.

Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it that the 2 add-on packs "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" are deactivated without any additional money deducted from my d2h balance.

    My videocon d2h id is 56300329.i call to customercare for asking the plans of recharge of supergold package.executive (male)did told me that your hd chanels also include in this plan .after recharge all hd chanels were open but today morning all chanels have closed.i again call the customer care and ask why have all hd chanels closed then executive tell me again recharge for hd chanels because hd chanels are not inclde in your recharge plsns and talk properly and not give right information. Hence ,i want to say you to look up this matter and give me right information about hd chanels.or which chanels are includes in my recharge plan.

    Hello,

    My customer id was 88303649. We were facing issues with Videocon d2h services so locked a call and their executive came and charge Rs 400 (200 visiting charges + 200 Part changed in Disc) but after 2 days the same problem arise and we send snapshot to the executive. They came again and advise to change set top box which was costly. so I locked a complain under 570161831 to disable the service and refund the security money. Now I received call and they are saying that its 4-5 years old and will refund only Rs.50 and if there is any problem with Disc they will charge us Rs 2500 instead.......
    I was shocked and call the customer care again but they are not helping instead disconnecting call again and again.

    My customer ID is 31416282, My base Pack is changed to New Gold Sports from Super Gold without my call or consent don't know why and how.

    Kindly let me know the reason also for my pack change without my or mine family members consent/knowledge.

    Kindly help me by resolving this issue, please downgrade my base pack and refund the excess deduction which has been deducted from my account because of base pack change.

    Kindly solve this this issue.

    Mine concern is the same how my basic personal Information is leaked to some unknown person whom I don't know and never contacted. Kindly explain me the reason for the same.



    Please let me know the person details how he is linked with Videocon D2h.



    I think some thing illegal is happening, as without customer permission base pack is changed by some Videocon agent and deducting the excess money from customer.



    Kindly take the matter as a serious concern as my personal data is leaked, and my base package is changed without my permission/consent.

    Whose number is mentioned in the below mail trail. I don't the number and also I didn't receive the call from this number. I don't had requested to any one for the change of my base pack. Then how my base pack is changed.



    Can you let me know what type of necessary authentication has been performed for making the decision that you came to conclusion that you are not going to perform any waiver.

    Last 4 days I gave complaint for not working my remote. Sir last 4 days only called service people and told me we will send technicians right now but not send. Only for remote I called so many times this is your service. One of your technician come home and he chewinging gutkha he can't explain one sentence. Really I am frusted. I am senior citizen where shall go in this age. Better you take all your set top box and remove my connection. Only for remote I am writing to you is shemlees for my. Thank you for your service.

Today morning (18/03/2018),I have recharged amount Rs 166 (SBI net banking ref No - 66315587IHH2981476) but channel not seen our TV,after then contact to customer care he was told not recharging,i have given to SBI ref no,a/c no,etc so on but till now no response,what happen that money where gone.     Sir,
    I renewed my d2h service ID 191400371 on 26-02-2018. Through Videocon dealer @ Tiruchirapalli for Rs 1174.

    But till date the recharge amount is not credited in my ID.

    Service also cut from 4-3-18.

    I enquired the dealer, who said it was wrongly recharged to ID 19140031.

    He took some initiative steps with d2h distributor, to correct the recharge which was wrongly done on 26-02-2018.

    I registered 3 complaints with customer service to do needful.

    My name is Ravi and my customer id is 182065654. I am very disappointed with Videocon D2H service. I added an addon more then one month ago and it was having locking period for one month. Now i called to the customer care and asked to remove it. Customer representative said sorry we can’t remove right now your addon is having locking period for 43 days. What the fuck is this. The addon shouldn’t have the locking period more then one month. I didn’t understand why the DTH service providers are making money on behalf of addon locking perion. It should have customer choice to add or remove any time any addon and company can deduct the money for particular addon from their account at the same time.
