Online consumer complain aginst Videocon d2h customer for Wrongly Activated Channels

Respected Sir,
This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 148893120. Today evening (20th June, 2016), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to downgrade my base pack to Flexi Pack 99/- per month.
She informed me that along with the Flexi Pack, an add-on pack has to be compulsorily activated. I asked her to activate the "Hindi Entertainment Add-on for 62/- per month". She informed me that she has taken the request and has activated the base pack along with the add-on pack.
Upon switching on the TV set, I could not find channels - Star Plus, Sony, Colors etc activated. What the executive did was, instead of activating the Hindi Entertainment Pack, she activated Hindi Movies + Hindi News.
I again called up the customer care and asked the executive (a female again) to deactivate the "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" add-on pack. She, on the other hand, informed that she can't deactivate the packs since there's a lock-in period of 30 days.
At this stage, I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and lodged a complaint (No - 402371142) in this regard. However, the supervisor informed me that any action on this complaint can only be taken in the next 8 working days.
Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it that the 2 add-on packs "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" are deactivated without any additional money deducted from my d2h balance.

I raised a request for relocation and after couple of days I get a call from Videocon D2H representative asking ne to deinstall the connection myself and he will send someone to reinstall it at my new address.
I told him that it is not my job but he insisted stating that he does not have enough resources. Then he said he will give me a callback which he never did. I deinstalled the connection myself as I had to vacate my rented apartment.
I raised a complaint to Videocon D2H and next day I got a call from Videocon and they mentioned that I will be charged 450 rupees even thought I had deinstalled the connection myself. I was extremely unhappy as I had already done half of their job.
I agreed to pay and engineer promised that ge will come and install it on 27th Jan. Again he didn't show up.
I again called him in 28th morning and he said that his vehicle had broken down and hence he could not visit the previous day.
Well this is poor poor service and needs to be raised very harshly to avoid any more customers being exploited.
Recharged for 1 month but channels are off before end date of recharge. by Vishal:

My plan ends on 15 feb 2018. But some channels are off from 7 feb. I complained by mail to customer care of videocon d2h but they are not giving any reply.

I missed call on no. And the channel was not activate but after 7 hours the channel is start. Misguided the customer by d2h services. Very upset of that way. Paisa b do or kaam b na ho.

I have already subscribed my package as a defines by Videocon.after sometimes one by one channel hide against not in your subscription as a view massage in screen.please cancel my connection of d2h & refund my money.I am waiting for your better treatment.

I am subscribed to topmost Platinum HD pack of videocon d2h service but now they have suddenly stopped many hd channels.Upon contacting them they are telling that their engineer will visit but i have to pay extra 300rupees for that. This is their mistake. Kindly help me
