Respected Sir,
This is with regards to the Videocon d2h customer id - 148893120. Today evening (20th June, 2016), I called up Videocon d2h customer care and asked the customer care executive (a female lady) to downgrade my base pack to Flexi Pack 99/- per month.
She informed me that along with the Flexi Pack, an add-on pack has to be compulsorily activated. I asked her to activate the "Hindi Entertainment Add-on for 62/- per month". She informed me that she has taken the request and has activated the base pack along with the add-on pack.
Upon switching on the TV set, I could not find channels - Star Plus, Sony, Colors etc activated. What the executive did was, instead of activating the Hindi Entertainment Pack, she activated Hindi Movies + Hindi News.
I again called up the customer care and asked the executive (a female again) to deactivate the "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" add-on pack. She, on the other hand, informed that she can't deactivate the packs since there's a lock-in period of 30 days.
At this stage, I asked her to transfer the call to a supervisor and lodged a complaint (No - 402371142) in this regard. However, the supervisor informed me that any action on this complaint can only be taken in the next 8 working days.
Hence, I would request you to kindly take a look into this matter and see to it that the 2 add-on packs "Hindi Movies" & "Hindi News" are deactivated without any additional money deducted from my d2h balance.

Sir i want to match on 21 sep 2017 in dd national but Videocon d2h not seen and also force to activate sport channel . I have to right to watch dd national beause this channel is our right . Given by government of India . Order given by honorable supreme Court ban such channel is harrasement of normal citizen of India. I am unable to watch beause i have no sport channel only dd national is way and i lost hope beause of such ban

I use your service but till date every time and your service was/is disconnecting frequently, I had made the complaint regarding same problem many time, every time customer office assure me “ there will no such problem in future”.
I have tried form the last 8 to 10 days, but your customer care No. 73558-73558 and 18001370777 is not connecting since 8-10 days.
My connection was expired yesterday, if your customer care officer did not connect me on my registered No. i.e. 9653510200, I will not recharge further and will switch to another company and will also file the complaint to competent court.
Your company only concern to collect money from the customers.

Videcon d2h has removed sony ten1/ten2/ten3 channels without prior and proper noticed to customer. I am regularly using their Diamond package from past 5 years because it is having all most all the channels. I always recharge for 6 month in advance. In August 2017 i have recharged Diamond package for 6 month. Recently the removed Sony ten1/ten2/ten3 from their package by saying these are promo channels and if i have to see these channels then i have to pay more. This is totally ridiculous and cheating the customer. If you have stop any service between then its your problem why should customer should suffer for this because they already paid for the service. Either videocon should compensate or stop cheating customer

I am using videocon D2h services since last one and half year with customer id 173006355. i have opted for sports pack and made payment of one year subscription in May 2017. In Dec 17 they switched off Ten Sports and the customer care is asking for addition subscription for these channel which are promised to show in the pack.
I want my all channels till the yearly subscription exists.

Videocon d2h wrongly activated A-la-carte channel without ourconsent along with our regular south gold sports plan while we recharged, Agaist our complaint they informed us it is usefull chanel,so we have activaed ,this is the way VIDIEOCON cheating and earning money from recharging.....
So I decided to cancel and want to go for other south india DTH.....

Dear Zeeshan,
We would like to inform you that your request for package change to “d2h flexi pack” along with “Flexi Hindi GEC Addon” has been processed with effect from December 29, 2017 and you will be charged Rs.99.12/- per month (Inclusive applicable 18% GST) for “d2h flexi pack” package and Rs. 69.62/- per month for “Tamil Add on” pack subscription.
