Money deducted from account without notification and Tamilnadu Nodal officer a farce

This is to bring to your notice that Rs. 200 /- was deducted from my VideoconD2H account (Customer ID: 88179901) on 10th November 2018 without my knowledge and without any pre-notification. I had booked the visit of the service engineer to fix my STB which was fixed on 10th Nov and for which I had paid the visiting service engineer Rs. 300 /- in cash. On 16th Nov when I realized my account balance turned Zero unexpectedly, I came to know from customer care that Rs. 200 /- has been deducted for service engineer and was supposed to be returned back as I paid Rs. 300 /- cash to the engineer. This is the first time money is being deducted from for engineer visit and which was done absolutely without my knowledge - no SMS, no phone call, wasn't informed either when I booked the service engineer visit, nor the engineer who visited made any mention about it. Even after making multiple calls to the customer care, they seem to not care about it and every time they raise a new complaint. I spoke to Mr. Naresh Uniyal, support supervisor on 21st Nov and also sent multiple emails to Mr. Rajsekar, nodal officer of Tamilnadu but no response from nodal officer. The problem remains unresolved till date.

The amount VideoconD2H deducted needs to credit back the amount to my account at the earliest.
