Issue with Videocon D2H removed the sports channel without informing

Videocon d2h has removed Sony ten1, ten2 and ten3 channels from their New Gold Sports pack without informing.
As a customer I purchased a product for a period of 6 months on 5th Oct 2017 looking at the features offered.
My customer ID is 169032904.

But now they are asking more money to avail the same features that I paid for as that was promotional offer.
This is a fraud where you sell a product with features and then revoke them intermittently.
